Dr. Matt has been a practitioner of chiropractic medicine for 29 years and running. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Sports Health Science. He graduated from Life College in 1995 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic, and he runs a multi-disciplinary practice at Active Health and Wellness, with vast experience in treating auto injury, family practice, and high-level athletic recovery treatment. He has been married for 32 years and has two college-age sons. Dr. Matt began utilizing shockwave therapy in 2021 because he has found the technology to consistently enhance the quality of life and performance of high school athletes with geriatric chronic injuries. Because of the unprecedented clinical successes he has had using the finest shockwave technologies, Dr. Matt opened AccelWave in 2023. He has always practiced exclusively in the Tampa Bay Area.
